As you probably know if you’ve been reading this blog for a while, CTR manipulation is one of Craig Campbell’s favorite topics, so he is constantly looking for ways to organically increase traffic using this method.
SERP Empire is a tool that can do just that. It’s easy to utilize, affordable, and convenient, and it allows users to customize their keywords, locations, traffic, and even days of the week when they’re getting the most clicks. Read on to find out how to make the most of this nifty tool.
SERP Empire Review
What is SERP Empire?
If you’ve been acquainted with the term CTR manipulation for a while, you probably know that it can’t primarily be used for increasing the amount of traffic you are getting on your money site, blog, or whatever other media property you have.
By increasing click through rate, you’re basically telling the search engines that your content is so good that more and more people click on it as they find it relevant to what they are looking for.
This is what SERP Empire is in the business of doing. The tool allows users to control what keywords they want to target, where they want to get their clicks from (not just countries, also states), the days of the week where they are supposed to get more clicks, and more.
While SERP Empire can be looked at as a so-called click generator, it’s a little more complex than that.
The amount of power that you have thanks to its features makes it very versatile, but you do have to keep in mind that with certain search terms, you still have to be extremely careful and not go crazy with the number of clicks. This is particularly true for terms that have a lower volume of traffic.
SERP Empire works with both Google and Google My Business (or Google Business Profile, as it is called nowadays), but also with other search engines, including Yahoo, Bing, Baidu, and Yandex.
One of the coolest features of this tool is that it can increase your click through rate regardless of the page you’re currently at with your content. You could be on page 5 for what it’s worth and it would still be irrelevant as SERP Empire would still be able to bring you closer to page 1 and even the first few positions (if not the first) with as much efficiency as ever.
CTR Manipulation
We’ve written a separate article on CTR Manipulation that you might want to check out if you have some time available right now. There’s also a whole series on YouTube from both Craig Campbell and Chris Palmer, and sometimes they even talk to Holly Starks about CTR Manipulation techniques.
The best way to use CTR manipulation to your advantage would be to have a mix of regular, organic traffic thanks to high-quality content, PPC, social media, and other ‘healthy’ sources and a bit of this potentially ‘shady’ technique.
If you have no previous experience with this, we suggest that you look into SERP Empire a bit – you might be surprised at how easy you’ll find it to use.
How to get started
You can create a campaign in just a few minutes after creating an account.
Once you have customized what you need, whether that be the percentage of mobile searches, the bounce rate, or the number of pages per session and the length of each session (in seconds), you write down your targeted keyword, the page you want to boost the CTR for and a few other bits and bobs and you’re all done.
Based on the tests that some marketers have performed in the past, even if your campaign comes to an end, your selected page will still remain in a good spot in the search results for a period of time — that is, unless one of your competitors is using a CTR manipulation tool and bringing your position down as a result of that.
Views from any location around the world
When it comes to SERP Empire, you are not restricted to receiving clicks from a limited number of countries or even more specific locations. You can easily bring in clicks from any country or state (and apparently, soon enough, there will even be cities you can select) across the world.
Of course it depends on what you are doing – if you’re improving the search position of a client who has an actual business in a specific location, it might be a little more difficult, but if your content is widely available and ranks for keywords targeted from multiple countries, whether that be the United States or Canada or the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, or wherever else, you’ll find it easier to improve your CTR with SERP Empire.
For this reason, lots of SEOs still utilize traditional CTR manipulation methods such as having dozens and dozens of phones using them depending on their clients’ needs.
Customizations
We already talked about the fact that with this tool, you have complete control over not just where your clicks are coming from, but also how these users ‘behave’ when they reach your site.
For example, you can select the exact length of every session (we recommend at least 2-3 minutes a pop), the bounce rate (we recommend a maximum of 50%), and the percentage of ‘people’ accessing your pages from mobile devices.
But the tool is far smarter when it comes to targeting keywords – it can automatically detect the best locations for a specific keyword, although you can of course select the ones that would best suit your needs, too.
You’re actually able to add your preferred click number for each of the search terms that you are targeting, if you’re not a fan of automating this.
Limitless capacity
Since this is automated traffic that we are talking about and not actual clicks coming from real people, no matter their location across the world, you basically have no limits as to how much you can increase your click through rate.
Budget-friendly traffic that can be tracked in Analytics
From what we have gathered by looking at some of SERP Empire’s most notable competitors, it seems that this is one of the most affordable services in this niche.
If you’re only looking to increase your visibility for up to five keywords, you can end up paying just $59 per month for a single website.
What’s really nifty when it comes to traffic that you’re getting using this tool, even though it’s automated, is that it actually shows up in Google Analytics. You can also track it in Google Search Console – the same results will be available there, too.

Weekly traffic
Customization in this sense is possible, as well, and the reason we would like to note this specific feature is that the amount of clicks you can get on certain days differs compared to others.
The vast majority of people do not perform the same amount of traffic on Saturdays and Sundays, although this can also largely depend on the keywords you are targeting. If they’re entertainment-related, the weekend is the period of the week you should be looking at.
For other search terms, though, there could be an incline beginning with Friday afternoon.
Support
It seems like that’s one less thing to worry about when it comes to this service as based on the majority of the SERP Empire reviews we came across, it seems like the brand has pretty good support.
So, if you ever run into any kind of issue and you need an actual person’s assistance or if you want to ask an account manager any type of question, you can actually do that.
You can also ask them a few question on not only whether or not this is a legit service, but also if it is white hat and if you risk getting a penalty and ruining your whole website’s rankings — but they’re likely to answer that if you don’t go too crazy, especially with the lower volume keywords, chances are that you’ll only be doing your pages and targeted terms a favor, not a disservice in any way.

Creating a campaign with SERP Empire
Creating your first campaign is a breeze. All you have to do is log into your account, click on the ‘Create a new campaign’ button, and then choose your traffic source. For the time being, you can pick either Google or Google My Business (or Google Business Profile).
Then, you specify your campaign name and your website URL. Afterwards, if you feel like using the magic configuration feature, you’ll have everything done for you.
On the other hand, if you want to manually customize your campaign, you can do that by adding a new country or a more specific region and then add your search terms and specify the number of clicks you wish for each and every one of them.
That’s pretty much everything that creating a campaign entails when it comes to SERP Empire – you can customize anything else you wish from the menus, whether that be the amount of clicks you want from mobile devices or the days of the week you want more or fewer clicks depending on what you feel might work for your search term.
SERP Empire Pricing
There are several plans available for now and they differ in terms of features. The basic plan is completely free – you are limited to just one campaign, though, so you’ll have to make do with that. The good part is that to try out this tool, you do not even need to specify your credit card details.
The next plan is called ‘Newcomer’ and it costs $59 per month. It allows for 100 visits per day and a maximum of 50 keywords. The geotargeting for this one works only for countries. You can set the bounce rate at anything between 0 and 100%. As for the time spent on the site, it is limited to 1 minute maximum.
The Standard plan is billed at $129 per month and it comes with a maximum of 300 keywords, 300 visits per day, up to 3 pageviews per user and 3 minutes of time spent on your site.
The Professional plan can set you back as much as $299 per month but it comes with some pretty nifty features, such as up to 1,000 keywords, 1,000 visits per day, up to 5 pageviews and 5 minutes spent on your site, along with the rest of the features available in the Standard.
Finally, the most generous plan currently available is billed at $499 per month and it allows for 2,000 keywords and up to 2,000 visits per day, along with the rest of the perks you get with the Professional plan.
Benefits to using SERP Empire
Here are a few advantages that you can get to enjoy as a SERP Empire user:
- Very customizable
- Incredibly budget-friendly compared to competing services
- Mobile-targeting as an available feature
- Automation thanks to the ‘magic’ targeting
- Can increase CTR and rankings
Are there any cons to using SERP Empire?
As is the case with any type of other service that you might want to use for manipulating your click through rate, there can be some drawbacks.
Most people seem to be worried about penalties, but we’d like to emphasize once more that if you don’t go too crazy with the number of clicks/visits/bounce rate and any other metrics, you can use the service risk-free.
SERP Empire vs. other services
SERP Empire vs. SerpClix
These are pretty different since the first uses automation and the second uses real traffic, and therefore, real clickers — but this is also the reason why the second costs so much more.
While the cheapest plan on SERP Empire is $59 per month, the Starter one on SerpClix costs $197/month and comes with 660 clicks. The good thing is that all of the plans here come with unlimited URLs, keywords, and orders.
SERP Empire vs. SearchSEO
The same difference that we’ve already noted can be emphasized here, too, in the sense that SearchSEO relies on actual organic traffic from real clickers whereas SERP Empire is an automated service.
SearchSEO also prides itself on having a more generous number of locations across more than 150 countries.
While the most basic plan of SearchSEO is indeed cheaper than what even SERP Empire has to offer ($29/month), it’s quite limited in terms of features – just two pages visited, 12 keywords, and 25 clicks per day, along with a maximum of 1 minute of time spent on your site — so only low volume keywords might offer good results in this case.
SERP Empire vs. SEO Rank Hunter
This one is very, very similar to SERP Empire and from what we were able to tell, it uses bots, too. The difference is that it can also work for videos and the free plan is free forever – you get 300 clicks per month forever without even using your credit card.
Even the pricing is similar when putting the two side by side. SEO Rank Hunter’s Basic plan is billed at $59 per month and comes with 1,500 clicks per month, up to 20 keywords, unlimited websites and campaigns, business listings included, and up to 2 minutes spent on the site.
Final thoughts
So, should you try SERP Empire?
We say that it might be worth giving a go. On the one hand, it’s much cheaper compared to other services, and if you are careful with the number of clicks you add to your targeted keywords and pages, you might see a significant improvement in a record amount of time.
The fact that you have complete control over how your campaign can end up looking is the major benefit that we have found with this service, so you should definitely consider it.
